Terms Entered in Search Tools
A name, place, or other term entered in a search box is sent to the outside provider that operates that tool. Charlotte County Released Inmates does not store or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider's privacy terms govern its handling of the query.
Messages Sent to Us
If you send an email or use a contact form, we retain the message and the details you provide so we can respond. We do not share the message outside our organization unless disclosure is required by law or a valid legal order.
